Usually Ships
This denotes how many business days until this item will be received by our warehouse. After receiving the item, our
warehouse usually packs and ships the item within twelve hours.
Minimum Advertised Price ("MAP")
Some manufacturer's impose MAP guidelines on their authorized dealers. This policy states that we can not
advertise/display our selling price on a specific item if it is below a certain amount. Our products are priced very
competitively and many times are below the MAP price. This guideline states that a customer must request our
price either by phone, fax or email. We have setup our online system to easily and immediately send you our
price via email. You can still order these MAP items by adding them to your online cart. The initial "view
cart" screen will only display the list price of that item; however once you start the checkout process, the adjusted lower pricing
will be displayed.
Ordering Online
Order Online, by searching for items by product category or entering search
criteria into the search box that appears on every page of
our site. Once you have found an item, click the add to cart link.
When you have finished shopping click the checkout link from our menu bar
to complete your order. Please remember price & quantity's are
displayed in real-time and come from the same database our internal sales
representative use; so price/availability online will be the same as if you
called us. Generally orders placed before 1pm Central Time, for
in-stock items, will ship the same day.
Availability Status

This denotes that an item is a normally stocked item and it is currently available for immediate shipment.
Cut-Off Time
for Same Day Shipping
Out of Stock
This denotes that an item is a normally stocked item; however we currently do not have any available for immediate shipment. You may still
place an order for this item and once it is received, it will be shipped to you.
X-X Days (e.g. 5-7 Days)
This denotes that we currently do not have any stock available for that specific item and estimates how many business days it usually takes for us to receive
the item once you have placed an order for it. This estimate is based on the manufacture having the item in stock.

process, this item will be ordered specifically for you. Special order items are non-returnable and non-cancelable.

Quantity Available
This denotes the actual real-time quantity of an item that we currently have available for immediate shipment.
Back Order Lead Time
This denotes how many business days it usually takes for us to receive this item when
we do not currently have it in stock. This estimate is based on the
manufacture having the item in stock.
Return Classification
Standard
This denotes that an item is subject to our
standard return policy.
Special Order
This denotes that an item is a non-stocked, Special Order item. Once you have added the item to your cart and completed the checkout
process, this item will be ordered specifically for you. Special order items are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
Your account will be charged upon placing an order.
Expendable Item
This denotes that an item is considered consumable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Some examples of expendable items are: batteries, bulbs, recordable media, etc.
Custom Made / Specially Modified
This denotes that an item is made-to-order. Once you have added the item to your cart and completed the checkout
process, this item will be ordered specifically for you. Custom Made and
Specially Modified items are considered special order and therefore are non-returnable and non-cancelable.

Closeout/Clearance Item
This denotes that an item is a specially priced Closeout/Clearence item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
